Indeed, those who are hearing will only reply; while the dead, Lord Allah will resurrect them and unto Him, they will be returned.
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are the disbelievers into Hell who don't utilize the faculty of hearing and sight to understand the Book Dhikree as explained in verse 18: 101. The faculty of hearing, sight, and intelligence will be questioned as explained in verse 17: 36. The hearing, sight, and skin will witness against the disbelievers as explained in verses 41: 19 and 24. It is told in verse 36: 70 that Manifest Reading Adhikr is revealed to warn those who are living and to prove the word of punishment upon the disbelievers.
That means the Fujjar will admit that he was a disbeliever at the time of death vide verse 7: 37; and on the Day of Judgment vide verse 6: 130. It is told in verse 36: 70 that Adhikr is revealed to warn those who are alive and to prove the punishment against the disbelievers. It is told in verses 35: 19-22 that "The one who is blind and the one who has sight are not equal, the darkness and light are not equal, the shadow and the sunlight are not equal, and the one who is alive and the dead are not equal; indeed, Lord makes hear the one whom He wishes, and you are not making hear who is in the grave". It is told in verses 27: 80-81 and 30: 52-53: "Then indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hearing the call when they have turned their backs retreating. And you can’t guide the blind away from their astray. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses and they are the true Muslims who submitted wholly to Lord".
The hypocrites are considering Lord’s Book as filth, and they are reading the body of the Book (Arabic Text) upon the dead and by that, they are filling their bellies with fire as explained in verses 2: 174-176. The hypocritical leaders will enter Hell even without trial as explained in verses 4: 140-145, whereas their blind following disbelievers will be led after trial to Hell as told in verse 39: 71. It is not the Impartial Lord who pushes the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who hide and reject Adhikr into Hell. Instead, it is the read, heard, and touched verses that will argue and witness against the Fujjar and push them into Hell. See explanation 1: 7; 2: 18, 170-171, and 6: 25-26.
